Mind Body Spirit Yoga online started in October of 2019. The site has videos and audios from Pam and Marjorie Olsen. Classes include for Chair Yoga, All Levels Yoga, Meditations and Senior Wellness classes. The site also offers custom products tailored to individual businesses who want specially designed yoga and wellness classes for their employees and clients. Current clients purchase yoga classes designed for people with special needs and those in assisted living environments. These classes bring yoga right to the student so they can get the important benefits of yoga from a trusted yoga teachers with experience. Mind Body Spirit online also offers memberships for businesses who offer wellness programs for employees. Yoga helps their employees stay motivated, active and addresses their emotions.
